David Tomblin began his real estate career as the founding partner of Tomblin & Associates, a family real estate partnership formed in 1974.  Mr. Tomblin currently serves as President/Chief Executive Officer of Tomblin Asset Management Group, Inc., a real estate investment, development, and management firm which was founded in 1992 to service the expanding real estate ownership, with offices and operations in California, Arizona, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Washington and Minnesota.  Tomblin Asset Management Group, and its affiliated partnerships and entities, has invested in, managed and re-developed real estate assets and investments of over $1.1 billion.  In 2012, Highgrove Holdings Management, LLC, was formed as an affiliate of Tomblin Asset Management Group, Inc.
