Mr. Rzeteljski has made significant contributions to his firm’s consulting practice with over one billion dollars in revenues during his 35 years as a partner and management executive with one of the Big Four audit companies, KPMG. Mr. Rzeteljski worked in both the audit and consulting practices.  Following his years as National Advisory Leader for Private Equity and the West Lead Area Managing Partner, he retired from KPMG.  Mr. Rzeteljski served on numerous nonprofit boards.  He now brings his vast experience in turnaround; growth; management advisory; strategy and organizational restructuring to Highgrove Holdings Management, LLC. Mr. Rzeteljski is also a valuable spokesperson and contributor at Highgrove events where panel discussions about the company’s real estate investment programs are well-received educational presentations for potential investors.
