Associate Director, Governmental & Community Relations

Mr. McCormick served on the Vernon City Council for 42 years and was a member of the Independent Cities Finance Authority (ICFA) for 27 years. He served 19 years as President. ICFA financed low and moderate Income Housing, Mobile Home Communities, Charter Schools, and Hospitals. ICFA also financed capital projects for cities and transportation infrastructure. Mr. McCormick has served on the boards of numerous of governmental agencies.

Mr. McCormick worked in diverse business environments during his forty-year private sector career, including seven years at the Safeway meat processing plant in the City of Vernon. Mr. McCormick has been active in the Los Angeles Area Boy Scouts of America (BSA) organization for over 40 years.
