Mr. Campbell has expertise in residential ground-up development and leasing, commercial leases and lease restructurings, strategic planning and the negotiation of complex real estate transactions. He regularly teams with some of the major national real estate firms, such as CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, and Studeley, bringing to bear his multi-discipline expertise in financial analysis, taxation, lease negotiations and market knowledge for the successful completion of complex transactions. Mr. Campbell played an integral role in numerous real estate transactions, including the $450 million Montgomery Securities lease of the Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco; the $275 million Bank of America Center in Houston; the $125 million Transamerica Life building in downtown Kansas City; the $95 million Hearst Tower and the $87 million Transamerica Square office and mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. In addition to his position at Highgrove, Mr. Campbell heads his own firm, BC Urban, handling leasing and property/asset management for the City of Redondo Beach harbor properties that are undergoing a $300 million renovation and redevelopment plan.
