As Vice President, Ann Tomblin heads the Administration Departments of Highgrove and other Tomblin real estate companies. Previously, Ms. Tomblin was the assistant tenant coordinator for real estate developer Guilford Glazer’s Torrance Company, which owned the world’s then-largest shopping mall, The Del Amo Fashion Center.  Ms. Tomblin was responsible for over 350 tenants in the Torrance location alone.   Prior to The Torrance Company, Ms. Tomblin began her career at the Sears Roebuck Company, where she assisted the Territorial Vice President/Vice Chairman of Sears Roebuck.
