In addition to working with Highgrove’s Regional Property Managers, Mr. Ruiz reviews property cost analysis and tracks vendor performance data.  Prior to joining Highgrove Holdings LLC, he worked for Costa Property Management where he oversaw daily operations of 400+ tenants across Los Angeles County, with an annual budget of over $5.7 million.  Mr. Ruiz holds an MBA from Marymount California University.
